About the Roastery

When Bob acquired the roastery in 2018, he committed to elevating every cup we serve by roasting only the highest-quality beans in small, consistent batches. Not only does freshly roasted coffee simply taste better, roasting unlocks the natural sugars, oils, and aromatics inside each bean, giving you a smoother, richer, and more flavorful experience. Having our own roastery also means we get to be creative: we develop custom blends for wholesale partners, craft unique seasonal blends, and fine-tune each roast profile to bring out the best in every origin. From the moment the green beans arrive to the moment your cup is poured, we’re hands-on, intentional, and dedicated to delivering peak freshness and quality.
